The Madagascar Action Plan (MAP) is a bold and exciting new vision for Madagascar. The MAP establishes direction, commitments and priorities for the nation from 2007-2012. It is about people – the people of Madagascar – and is changing values, habits, practices and priorities and providing a promising country setting for mobilization of funds and investments. The presentation will discuss how the MAP will build capital for the nation: human, infrastructure, private sector, natural, leadership and knowledge. Please join us for this special event.

We particularly encourage the attendance of private sector corporations and investment groups, as other events this week are scheduled specifically for the NGO community, international development consulting firms, and U.S. government agencies.

This meeting is part of a series of events organized through the MAP U.S. Road Show, February 4 – 8, 2008 in Washington, DC.
