Additionally, new transitory amendments to the existing sales and use tax (SUT) provisions for the performance of services between businesses (i.e., business to business) and designated professional services (e.g., legal services, accounting services) listed in the SUT provisions will be effective October 1, 2015. These changes are in addition to the changes implemented on July 1, 2015.
